We offer a big range of styles and products available to customise with your organisation’s branding.
1 – BRIEF + QUOTE
Get in touch with us! Let us know which style, quantity and fabric you would like to order.
We will then be able to provide you with a quote. Please bear in mind that the higher the order quantity the best price we will be able to offer.
Also note, our minimum quantity order is 10 units per style, per design.
2 – DESIGN + MOCKUP
Next, it’s time for us to discuss which ideas and requirements you have in mind for the design.
Since our products are made from scratch, you are able to any logos, or graphics. If you are using a painting as part of the design, please visit our FAQ page here to find out more about the requirements and fees that might be associated with bringing the artwork into a digital form.
We will provide a minimum of 3 x digital mock-up concepts so that you have a range to choose from.
3 – APPROVAL + PAYMENT
Once you have approved the final digital mockup, we will gather the sizes and quantities needed.
When you agree to the order form, the payment for the deposit is required. We accept Bank transfer, credit or debit card and Paypal (please be aware this two options will incur a surcharge fee)
4 – PRODUCTION + DELIVERY
Our manufacturing team will now take over and start working on your order.
Production time is normally between 2-4 weeks to complete the order.
We will do a one-off print test, so you will be able to make any last-minute changes and reconfirm if you are happy with the colours.
Once the shipment is with us, we will get in touch to re-confirm delivery address and provide you with a tracking number. Please note, we will require the full payment to be completed prior to sending out the order.
